Pet Vacations ensures that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. To achieve this, payments are accepted through Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology, with an additional security, that the credit card details / bank account details are directly entered on the Bank’s servers. The process of encryption takes your credit card information and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card details may be shared with our service providers or vendors to the extent deemed to be necessary and as required by law, and to prevent frauds. Pet Vacations, it’s content / service providers will not be responsible in case of any damage that may occur, due to the site being attacked by malicious code or attackers. MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

Communication with us / through website We believe in giving prompt customer service and try to ensure all e-mails are answered within a few working hours (if sent during the course of a working day) or at most within 24 hours. Emails sent after working hours will be answered on the next working day. Due to unforeseen circumstance there could be delay beyond 24 hours. Anti-Spam Policy e-mails would be sent pertaining to communications for a particular reservation. We also send regular updates and info regarding pet import services. In case a user wishes to opt out of such communication, they can opt out of such mailing lists or by sending us an email. We believe in strict anti-spam policy and do not believe in sending unsolicited emails. In case you have received emails from us, it could be due to your email being in our list, if you have registered on our site for such newsletters / offers, or your email was referred to by your friends / associates / relatives etc. for you to receive such promotional emails. Tariffs Updates We try to maintain the most current tariffs, however customers are advised to note that they at all time are only indicative, and they can only be confirmed once against payment received in advanced. Customers are advised to note that tariffs do keep fluctuating on certain special days, or a certain period. Customers cannot hold Pet Vacations responsible incase certain tariffs is not available for any reasons. Also tariffs are subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are subject to guidelines laid out by the respective banks. Service provider cancellation policy and any refunds applicable will be issued only after Pet Vacations has received the same from the Service provider. Online payments are governed by Cancellation Policies that are expressly stated at the time of making the payments. Cancellation fees are applicable for online payments.

RIGHT TO CANCELLATION

The User expressly undertakes to provide to Pet Vacations only correct and valid information while requesting for any services under this agreement, and not to make any misrepresentation of facts at all. Any default on part of the User would vitiate this agreement and shall disentitle the User from availing the services from Pet Vacations. In case Pet Vacations discovers or has reasons to believe at any time during or after receiving a request for services from the User that the request for services is either unauthorized or the information provided by the User or any of them is not correct or that any fact has been misrepresented by him, Pet Vacations in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, Pet Vacations shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services. The User unequivocally indemnifies Pet Vacations of any such claim or liability and shall not hold Pet Vacations responsible for any loss or damage arising out of measures taken by Pet Vacations for safeguarding its own interest and that of its genuine customers.

FEES PAYMENT

Pet Vacations reserves the right to charge listing fees for certain listings, as well as transaction fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Pet Vacations further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time, without notice. The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services. In case, there is a short charging by Pet Vacations for listing, services or transaction fee or any other fee or service because of any technical or other reason, it reserves the right to deduct/charge/claim the balance subsequent to the transaction at its own discretion.

USING THE SERVICES

Pet Vacations is responsible only for the transactions that are done by the User through Pet Vacations. Pet Vacations will not be responsible for screening, censoring or otherwise controlling transactions, including whether the transaction is legal and valid as per the laws of the land of the User. The User warrants that they will abide by all such additional procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services. The User further warrants that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding use of the services with respect to the jurisdiction concerned for each transaction. In the event that any of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein conflict with the Additional Terms or other terms and guidelines contained within any particular Pet Vacations website, then these terms shall control.

User acknowledges that Pet Vacations provides services with reasonable diligence and care. It endeavors its best to ensure that User does not face any inconvenience. However, the User agrees and accepts that in exceptional situations due to any technical or other failure, services committed earlier may not be provided or may involve substantial deficiency. In such cases, Pet Vacations shall refund the entire amount received from the customer for availing such services minus the applicable cancellation, refund or other charges, which shall completely discharge any and all liabilities of Pet Vacations against such non-provision of services or deficiencies. Additional liabilities, if any, shall be borne by the User. Without prejudice to whatever is stated above, the maximum liability on part of Pet Vacations arising under any circumstances, in respect of any services offered on the site, shall be limited to the refund of total amount received from the customer for availing the services less any cancellation, refund or others charges, as may be applicable. In no case the liability shall include any consequential loss, damage or additional expense whatsoever beyond the amount charged by Pet Vacations or its services.
